Aqua exercise instructor development course

 We teach the overall understanding of and instruction of Aqua Exercise, and are issuing licenses in it. Although ordinary development courses teach only the basics, taking a stance that leaves you on your own from there, our development training covers everything right up to the "what to do from there" part.

 

 We will carefully instruct on all aspects of Aqua Exercise including - the mechanics of moving water, the human limbs ranges of motion, exercise physiology, getting yourself into shape, lesson flow from warming up to cooling down, and performance ability.

 

 In the same way that even if you know your ABC's you cannot speak English with that alone, we develop instructors who can give high quality lessons by training them properly up to a predetermined line before accrediting them with a qualification.

 One great feature of Aqua Exercise is that it makes use of the special characteristics of the water, enabling us to carry out several types of training effectively; from rehabilitation to relaxation, fat burning, and even muscle training - without the difficulties presented by being on the ground.

 

 Aqua Exercise may be thought of as something for the elderly, the disabled, and people on a diet; but it is effective for men and women of all ages - regardless of fitness level.

 

 The end goal of us instructors is to make sure

                                  people's life on land is a comfortable one.

 

 For people who already enjoy exercise, and think that they want to continue their activities such as aerobics, dance, and running etc. for a long time; and especially those who can say they are not currently troubled physically in their daily lives - we want to teach them the importance of maintaining their condition in the water, and have them experience it first hand.

 

 Being able to walk on your own two feet

       until the day you die seems simple, but it is a difficult thing.

 

 This is what I would like to have you help people be able to do.
